Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Assurance Manager to join our team in Mississauga. This role is ideal for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong background in public accounting and a passion for leadership and client management. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, in-person work environment, managing key relationships and contributing to the growth of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients and internal staff.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of complex compilation engagement files, including corporate and personal tax planning and preparation.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster effective working relationships.
  • Collaborate as a team player, demonstrating attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
  • Employ knowledge of Caseware, Taxprep, and QuickBooks in daily tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial role within a public accounting firm.
  • Certification as a CPA with at least 3 years of practice.
  • This is a full-time, in-person position in Mississauga.
