Payrate:$ 90.00 - 100.00/hr.

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• General Project Management
• Oversee project from PO through startup and closeout
• Lead weekly update calls with client and suppliers
• Manage communication with vendors, E80, and client
• Drive and manage project schedule
• Maintain and update project task list
• Manage project documentation

Execution Phase 1

• Verify scope, specifications, flows, throughputs, etc.
• Guide E80 through detailed engineering and design
• Develop detailed project schedule and plan
• Manage E80 WMS integration with internal IT and contractors (first time integration with SAP EWM)
• Establish phased installation plan with E80

Execution Phase 2

• Manage onsite installation and startup
• Oversee startup activities: change management, operational tools, floor marking, signage, etc.
• Coordinate training for operators, supervisors, etc.
• Ensure safety specifications are met
• Manage setup and training of E80 resident maintenance team onsite
• Guide E80 through final site acceptance testing and qualification

Scope of Project

• Engineering, design, installation, and startup of:
• 44 Elettric80 AGVs
• 12 Chargers
• 1 Inbound conveyor exchange
• 2 Outbound conveyor exchanges
• Exchange lanes with case picking, layer picking, and rail
• New conveyor distribution system from manufacturing (existing conveyor remains; replacing outfeed end with new accumulation, 12 P&D spurs, controls, scanning, profiling, etc.)
• E80 SMILE WMS integration and implementation (first site integrating E80 WMS with SAP EWM)
• Drive and manage integration with internal IT and external support
• Collaborate with Internal IT on onsite servers and network architecture

Must Haves:

• Solid project management experience
• PMP certification is a plus, but not required.
• Experience managing large capital projects
• Experience with industrial automation
• Specifically AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) is a major plus.
• Broader automation experience is acceptable if AGVspecific experience is unavailable.
• Candidates should not be fresh out of college.
• Years of experience are flexible, but practical experience with automation projects is essential.
• Must be willing to travel
