Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Collecting escrow payments, insurance, and PMI from borrowers and remitting those funds to the appropriate parties
• Obtaining and paying insurance and property tax bills
• Timely review and resolution of insurance cancellations on non-escrowed loans
• Answering phone calls
• Explaining escrow analysis and other escrow duties involving real estate taxes and insurance as needed

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• Experience in Homeowner Insurance Policies
• Prefer 1 to 2 years of related experience in mortgage loan servicing with direct experience in escrow servicing, preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills, required
• Strong organizational skills that include the ability manage multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines, required
• Experience working in a fast paced, team environment, required
• Experience working both independently and as a team player, required
• Knowledge of PC’s and intermediate / advanced skills in Word, Excel and Outlook, office programs
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and coworkers in a timely manner
• Positive attitude
• Desire to be part of a fun and growing team.
