Positions Available: Associate & Partner Level Attorneys

Tully Rinckey PLLC is actively seeking Associate and Partner-level attorneys to join our dynamic and expanding Syracuse team. What You’ll Do

As a Family & Matrimonial Attorney at Tully Rinckey, you'll have the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. You’ll represent clients in a wide range of matters, including:

  • Divorce and legal separation proceedings
  • Child custody, visitation, and support matters
  • Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
  • Guardianship cases
  • Mediation, arbitration, and courtroom representation
  • Draft pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents
  • Create strategies to resolve disputes efficiently and with care

What We’re Looking For

We're seeking candidates who bring compassion, confidence, and experience to the table:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Family & Matrimonial law
  • Strong litigation, negotiation, and drafting skills
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Admitted and in good standing to practice in New York State
  • Excellent communication and client-relations skills
  • Ability to thrive both independently and in a team setting
  • A commitment to integrity, ethics, and legal excellence

Compensation & Benefits

  • Associate Level : $110,000 – $125,000
  • Partner Level : $125,000 – $160,000
  • Additional performance-based incentives and growth opportunities
