Role Overview

This hybrid role spans strategic fuel procurement across North and South America and consultative sales to aviation clients. The ideal candidate will operate with agility, provide swift and accurate fuel quotes, and source competitively while ensuring seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Fuel Sales – Client Champion

• Act as a trusted fuel advisor to our clients—aircraft operators, owners, brokers, and trip managers
• Quote quickly, accurately, and competitively—yes, even for those 3 AM fuel uplifts in obscure locations
• Introduce UAS fuel solutions as a value add—not just a line item
• Ensure fuel delivery is seamless and on time by collaborating with ops and global station reps
• Cultivate long-term relationships by offering insights, not just prices

Fuel Procurement – Deal Architect

• Build and manage a network of reliable, cost-effective fuel suppliers across the globe
• Negotiate like a pro—better prices, better terms, better partnerships
• Spot trends in global fuel markets and react before others do
• Maintain smart, organized records of vendor rates, agreements, and performance
• Work the sweet spot between cost control and service quality

Required Qualifications

• Background in aviation and/or logistics
• More specifically, background in fuel, ground handling, charter sales, or trip support
• Able to confidently engage with a wide range of stakeholders—from Gulfstream captains to fuel suppliers—while maintaining professionalism and clarity.
• Well-versed in managing complex logistics, including time zone coordination, rapid turnarounds, and high-stakes operations.
• Based in Houston or willing to relocate to one of the world’s most connected aviation hubs to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, including handling numerous quotes, calls, and time-sensitive uplifts, all while maintaining strong follow-through on vendor agreements.

Key Competencies

• Experience with aviation pricing platforms
• Familiarity with into-plane vendors, and airport ops
• Strong stakeholder management—from captains to suppliers.
• Skilled at handling heavy logistics operations with tight deadlines.
• Advanced Excel, CRM usage, and aviation pricing tools.
• Knowledge of into-plane vendors and airport operations.
