Title: Insurance Coverage Attorney

Location: Boca Raton (100% remote)

Type: Full-Time | Bar Admission Required (FL)

We’re hiring an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our client's litigation and coverage team, handling complex matters across a wide range of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze insurance policies and provide coverage opinions.
• Draft coverage position letters, reservations of rights, and declination letters.
• Represent insurers in declaratory judgment actions and coverage litigation.
• Work closely with clients, adjusters, and outside counsel.

Qualifications:

• 2-5+ years of experience in insurance coverage, insurance defense, or related litigation.
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Motivated and eager to grow within a collaborative legal environment.

Salary and Other Compensation:

• The annual salary for this position is between $150,000-$200,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
