🔧 What You’ll Do

• Create and manage daily/weekly production schedules based on customer demand and inventory targets.
• Collaborate with teams across Production, Supply Chain, Packaging, and Customer Service to ensure schedule adherence.
• Conduct long-term capacity planning and identify bottlenecks to improve throughput.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP/MRP systems and generate performance reports for leadership.
• Influence plant operations and inventory strategies as part of the plant staff team.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Math, Statistics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in supply chain operations or MRP (technical or process role).
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience with scheduling tools and forecasting systems; APICS certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
