We are currently looking for an Office Assistant in the Seattle, WA area. This is an in-office 5 days per week role. This is a contract position until December 2025.

JOB SUMMARY:

Tax return assembly, scanning, E-file Authorization management, and approval uploads to UserVerse, UserVerse administration/cleanup, DocuSign submissions. Facilities assistance, front-desk coverage, catering requests, café ordering and stocking, conference room reservations/setup/clean up, heavy mail volumes. Assist with the SOW project and BTU cleanup post 10/15 deadline

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• One (1) year of experience in office services / facilitates or similar position, required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, required
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exhibits poised and polished appearance demonstrating professionalism with client interactions
• Ability to adapt communication style to successfully convey messages and objective to diverse audiences
• Capacity to successfully multitask while working independently or within a group environment
• Capable of working in a deadline-driven environment with attention to detail
