Position —Oracle HCM Business Analyst (Core HR/Payroll)

Location— Remote Anywhere in US

Duration— Contract

Job Description:

One of our customers is looking to onboard HCM Business Analysts for the following two different modules:

1. Oracle HCM Business Analyst - Core HR
2. Oracle HCM Business Analyst - Payroll

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering & Documentation

• Interact with business stakeholders to collect and document functional requirements .
• Translate business needs into detailed system requirements and workflows.

1. Functional User Testing

• Personally execute test cases to verify system behavior (not just coordinate with testers).
• Ensure all configurations and enhancements work as expected from a business-user perspective.

1. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Assist business users during UAT by explaining functionality and helping resolve issues.
• Track UAT feedback and support necessary changes.

Modules Involved:

1. HCM Business Analyst – Core HR

• Focus on modules like employee records , organizational structure , job data , and workforce administration .
• Strong understanding of HR policies, workflows , and employee lifecycle management .

1. HCM Business Analyst – Payroll

• Work on payroll configuration, payroll cycles, taxation, compliance, and integration with time and attendance systems.
• Understand payroll rules, deductions, earnings , and government regulations.
